why HAS MY DELIVERY BEEN REFUNDED?
Your order may be refunded if :

You have selected the wrong delivery option (e.g you live in mainland UK and have selected Skye & Lochalsh Area). You can go back in and reorder and select your correct area.

Your order may be refunded if you have also incorrectly filled out our Pick & Mix box. Please ensure you have selected a minimum of 2 flavours and a total of 20 bags.

We are unable to deliver into your area via DHL service that ensure your food is frozen upon arrival.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Any order placed before 3pm will leave the next day unless there are stock shortages that affect your order. Your order will be shipped with DHL.

You will receive an email from Raw Dog Food Direct or DHL with tracking information. Your order will be delivered the next day from shipping, ensuring your order is frozen.
WILL MY ORDER BE FROZEN WHEN IT ARRIVES?
Yes, We have a box designed specifically for Raw Dog Food Direct to ship with DHL. It has passed our and DHL standards.

cAN I LEAVE IT AT A NEIGHBOURS OR SAFEPLACE?
No, because your order will be fresh frozen it cant be left in a safe place or at a neighbours as it could defrost or spoil.
